My personal mission is to help non-profits pursue and fulfill theirs.
In my decades-long career, I have seen many shifts in the funding landscape. At the same time, there is much that hasn’t changed at all. Resources are still hard to come by. It’s never easy to raise money and there’s never enough for everyone. Organizations are always competing for limited dollars and often struggling with limited staff and/or facing an assortment of obstacles.
Nonprofits, in particular those with less experience and fewer resources, may be at a disadvantage. But they all have a mission to guide them and deep passion to fuel their forward motion.

The non-profit sector is critical to helping and healing and it’s been my privilege to share my expertise where it is needed and help organizations self-evaluate, shift strategies, prioritize, innovate, and rise to the challenges of the day. Whether working with organizations dedicated to education, medical research, global health, reproductive health and rights, or community advocacy, my strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills consistently lead to more resources for mission-driven organizations.
My services for nonprofits are broad and include interim leadership, board development, and (probably most relevant today) the development of short- and long-term action plans to diversify and expand revenue. Called ASAP for Growth & Sustainability, this exercise can help organizations approach 2021 with purpose, clarity, and new ideas.
